Make it truly yours! Once you place an order with personalization, we’ll be in touch to confirm all the details. Please allow 7–10 days for your custom piece to be carefully handcrafted and ready to charm.

Shipping Policy

We ship all orders via EASYSHIP to ensure your Palm & Pearl pieces arrive safely and in style. We utilise a variety of couriers.

Delivery Options:

Standard Service: Typically 1–5 business days

Express: 2–3 business days

Shipping Schedule:
Orders are dispatched twice weekly, on Mondays and Thursdays.

We aim to get your jewellery to you as quickly as possible, with a little Palm & Pearl charm along the way!

Please Note:
Returns are at the sender’s cost.

All custom-made and personalised pieces are crafted just for you, so they can’t be returned or refunded. For our ready-to-wear items, we’re happy to help—just get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order.
